We try to keep course details, dates, prices and entry requirements accurate and current, but they can change. Nothing on this website is an offer to train you at a particular price or on a particular date. The price and conditions that apply to you are the ones we confirm in writing when you book.
Where this site mentions funding, subsidies or rebates, eligibility and rates are set by the relevant funding body and not by us. Anything we publish about funding is general information only. It is not advice, and it is not a promise that funding will apply to you.
Completing training with us does not guarantee that a licence, ticket or high risk work licence will be issued to you. Licensing decisions are made by the relevant regulator against its own criteria, and assessment outcomes depend on your own competence on the day.
Bookings, payments, refunds, cancellations and your rights as a student are governed by the policies we issue under RTO 52959 — our Refund, Fees and Learner Suitability Policy, our Code of Practice, and our Complaints and Appeals Policy. You can read them on our policies page. Those documents apply to your training and take precedence over this page.
The content of this website, including text, images, logos and training materials, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not reproduce it commercially, republish it or use our branding without our written permission.
