We’ve been training WA crews for over 10 years and we understand the pressures that come with taking people off site. Weekend courses, early starts and dates set around your roster mean the crew goes through together, in one block, and comes back ticketed with as little disruption as possible.
The training itself is the same job it is anywhere. What changes is how much of it lands on your desk. One team handles the booking, the paperwork and the records, so your people stay focused on the work in front of them.
Tell us when your people can be spared and we will work to those days. Weekends and early starts are part of our normal week.
You deal with the same people for the whole booking, from the first quote to the last Statement of Attainment.
We invoice the business direct and accept purchase orders. Your people turn up, train, and leave the payment side with your accounts team.
You get a copy of each Statement of Attainment and the training record behind it, sent through as soon as the course closes out.

We confirm each person meets training requirements, and help you understand funding options before you commit to a date.
You get proposed dates and a written quote. Approve it with a purchase order or an email, whichever suits.
Training begins and assessment is completed. You receive the Statements of Attainment and records for your files.

I was struggling with the reverse at first, but he took extra time (and mostly extra patience) with me and never made me feel stressed about it. He even found a way of teaching it that really worked for me, which made all the difference. Super clear, patient, and actually makes learning fun.
I recently did my MC and was trained by 2 seperate trainers who were patient and were great at explaining things differently in order for me to understand. The workers here (including assessor) are super calm and relaxed which takes away the thought of an actual assessment. Would recommend these guys 100%.

There is no minimum. One person is a normal booking. Group pricing and dedicated dates start to make sense from around three or four people, and we will tell you honestly when you are better off just putting people into scheduled courses.
Ask us. Some of a course can happen on your site if the space and vehicles are suitable, but the assessment has conditions attached and often needs to run on our routes in our vehicles. We will tell you what is possible for your situation rather than promise something we cannot deliver.
Yes. Send the PO with your booking confirmation and we invoice against it. If your business needs us set up as a supplier first, send through the forms and we will complete them.
They can re attempt. We will tell you what went wrong and what we recommend before booking anything else, usually an extra lesson rather than a whole repeat course. We would rather have that conversation than quietly re book and bill you again.
Yes. For each person you get a copy of the Statement of Attainment and the training and assessment record behind it. If your safety system needs a particular format, tell us early and we will work with it where we can.
